If you are not satisfied with the product, please return it to us unused. If the product has already been used, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to deduct the costs for cleaning and restoration from the refunded amount. The cost for restoration and cleaning will be based on the time required, which we will inform you of after a careful inspection.
Shipping information will be displayed during the ordering process. Our products are carefully documented and packaged under video surveillance before shipping. A final documentation is done after packaging.
